Aisha Hinds and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Aisha Jamila Hinds was born in the United States and is best-known for her role in The Shield. Her versatility has been demonstrated since 2003 by delivering impressive performances in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. First noticed in 2005 for the character of Anna which was featured on Assault on Precinct 13 The performance she made in the biographical movie All the Way as the woman's rights activists Fannie Lou Hammer was a major draw for the attention of the public. Her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's time-based drama Underground was likewise highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the series for a new season.
