Anna Kendrick was the daughter of Janice
Cooke who was an accountant, as well as William Kendrick (a teacher). Michael
Cooke Kendrick is her older brother. She was also an actor. She is of English,
Irish, and Scottish descent.For her performance as "Dinah" in
"High Society" on Broadway, Anna Kendrick was nominated for an Tony
Award (second youngest ever), she also won a Drama Desk Award, and an award
called a Fany Award (best actress featured in the musical). Her spectacular performance
landed her the Drama League and Theatre World Award.She was the lead actress in
